Hi , I have the same concern I would like to know if Hirelab PLC is legit or not .I passed and interview with them successfully and I received job offer .
However I've checked their company registration on Nevada's Business Portal their company as you can see below : https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/BusinessInformation I noticed their business licence has expired but they explained to me that the process of renewal is ongoing :

They are SCAMMERS. They will give you FAKE Job Offer from REAL company/employer but the SCAMMERS have made a FAKE websites of the employers, when you send email to the website then the SCAMMERS themselves who reply your message. It happened to me when I was interested in getting job that they offered in hospitality. I sent all my documents and "Visa Service" (USD 510 + 110). Then I was suspicious when they asked more money, I start my investigation then finally I found that they are just scammers. I will report them by all evidence that I collected to the US and Canadian police.
