isn't it too early to apply for jan intake in august? I suggest you to apply in mid of the next month.
Your profile is very good. You won't be having any problem getting visa.
I'm also applying for jan intake in general as I got refused under spp in sep intake. The reason was low academics. Can't improve that. Got 52% in 12th. Will I get visa? Ielts are 6.5.

You can get visa but you need to apply early with strong SOP in which you can state that you are a responsible student and can study well over there and you should show good ties to your country otherwise they will just change the reason with new refusal, one of my friends also got rejected who has got 6.5 bands but that was his bad luck with academics too.
But remember Canadian embassy is very unpredictable embassy,you can never guess the outcome but you can hope for better.
