Well, interpretation of the word CONSECUTIVE can be different.
To my mind, the basic objective of PCC is to assure the applicant's sinlessness.
So, what if, one goes to a country, lives there for a month and during that month he commits a crime, and comes back to his home country. And the very next day he returns back to the country where he commited the crime.
And this time he lived there only for 2 months.
In this case, he didn't live there for three consecutive months, but commited a crime.
So, what do you say acquiring PCC by CIC is justified or not?
However, it is my understanding. Please wait for my comments of respectable seniors ..
