Highest Level of Education

Hi !
I had a quick question about my highest level of education. I’ll give u a gist of my credentials.
1. 3 year degree from India. ( In the process of being verified by WES.)
2. 1 yr post grad diploma in Hospitality completed in Canada. (Full Time)
3. 1 yr post grad diploma in HR completed in Canada. (Full time)

So according to you what should be me highest level of education while I create the profile.
1. University degree
Or
2. Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be of a program of three or more years.

I think is the 3 years degree if this was in a university, however, if I were you I'll wait until the WES cuz they give you an equivalent in Canadian years. so could be 3 years or 2 years equivalent to a Canadian degree. For example I have a bachelor degree 5 years in my country when I got my ECA they said was equivalent to 4 years bachelor degree.
