hello,
Can someone please suggest me what will be the best option for highest earned education.
As I did 4 year bachelor’s from India and 2 year post degree diploma from Canadian college. Which options is best for this either bachelors (3 or more year) OR two or more certification including degree or diploma one with 3 or more year study.

It is not really your decision. You need to submit these for an Educational Credentials Assessment if you want any points for your education. The ECA will tell you what you can claim.
 
Wes evaluated my degree as a 4 year bachelor and I have two year post degree diploma certificate.
