Good Evening Everyone,
The purpose of my letter is to get suggestions on what type of documentation would be suitable to convince an immigration officer that I will return to my home country at the end of my work permit.
I have had a total of 6 or 7 canadian visas every since I was 1 year old (I am now 24) including multiple entry visas, given that i have multiple cousins living in Ontario, as well as my mother's sister. Last year, during one of my visits to Canada, I met the owner of a company through a friend, who ended up offering me a job. We began the process of LMO & CAQ and we got the approvals. I was in canada when we received a positive LMO and an lawyer indicated me to apply from within canada, when this was in fact not allowed based on CIC website. For this reason, I went to my home country and re-applied from here.
The work permit application was refused on the basis that I had not convinced the officer that I will return to my home country at the end of my work permit because of my travel history and purpose of visit. I am currently planning to re-submit showing the officer that I have plans to pursue an MBA in 2014, but need the professional experience that is being offered to me in Canada, in addition, my mother has parkinson's disease (5 years since diagnosed) and I must accompany her to her check-ups in the united states and in Nicaragua (home country).
My prospective employer is really upset given that they have been looking to fill out that position for some time now, and the delays have left this position empty for some quite sometime and the company is trying to reach out to their MP to get some support.
I have: enough funds, education/professional background fitting the job offer, positive LMO, positive CAQ (job is in Montreal), I have valid medical exam, no criminal record whatsoever, and all documentation required. I would like to re-submit my application with a letter of intent to show the officer that as many times in the past, I do not have nor will have intensions of settling in Canada permanently, particularly at this point in my life where my focus is to gain professional experience and continuing my studies by obtaining a masters degree for which I have already been accepted to.
I would appreciate suggestions on how i should frame and the content of my new application.
