How will High Commission canada in Delhi closure impact ICT Work Permit Processing?

I applied for ICT Work Permit and have my Biometrics Scheduled on 28th April 2021 in Chennai.

Will High Commission closure delay my further processing?

I know Passport submission is kept on hold. Will visa be processed from High commission in Delhi and send u Passport submission Request? If so, Getting passport Submission request itself will be delayed at current situation?

You need to complete your biometrics for them to start processing your application. Without it, your application is incomplete and it ll delay the processing of your application.
As of now Canadian consulate is also closed so no services are offered, that includes 2 way courier service.

I know 2 way courier service is kept on hold. But after biometrics application will be reviewed and proceeded further right? Like it will move till 2 way courier step and once service resumes we can continue from there rite??
