High BP and moderately abnormal ECG

I'm due for medicals. I'll be doing it July 24.

I had a pre medical check today.

BP: 160/110
ECG: Complete right bundle branch block
Prolonged QT

I'm kind of getting anxious over it and it's not helping my heart rate.

Really depends on what the cardiologist says. Whether you need something like a pacemaker. Are you taking any medication? You have high bp that should be treated if your bp is this high on a regular basis.

I don't know about the ECG, but taking medicines for high blood pressure wasn't an issue for me.
During my medical a few years ago, they asked me what medicines I was taking and since I'm in Canada, I just continue taking them prescribed by a Canadian doctor.
