Hidden questions appear during printing

Hi guys,

A weird scenario. Not sure if anyone has encountered this before.
When you fill the application out, there are some questions depending on Yes/No the following questions are blanked out and you can't answer them.

However, when you print, all the hidden questions also appear making it look like the form is incomplete (most glaringly question 8 - Is someone helping yo fill out this form).
Is it OK to send it out just as it is?

I just ticked the second check box NO after printing with a black pen.

I sent it as is and didn’t have any issues.
