Hello Everyone,
I did my master’s here in canada. My course length was 2 years but I completed it in 18 months. I have to complete 30 credits and to be a full time student i have to take 6 credits in each semester which I exactly did. I completed studies in 5 semesters. Then i applied for work permit but online it’s showing 6 months to get it. I went to border and i got for just 18 months. I don’t know why he gave me for 18 months in master’s course. After that as my course has PNP so i got PNP. I will apply PR through pnp paperwork file they are showing that processing time around 15-19 months to get final decision. So what should i do now talk with cic about wp issue or should i go with the flow and will get PR in 18 months. Thank you in advance for help.

Once you have a nomination from the province, you should be able to apply for a BOWP.

So you flagpoled and they only gave you 18 months? Did you ask why?

That ik but for that you must have a file number. Is this 18 work permit make can make issue to get PR?

Yes he said he was not satisfied with documents. While my friends got 3 years Pgwp

Not sure. Would like to hear opinions from others. Although, if you were unhappy with the length provided, you should have acted immediately.
