They will either ask for additional evidence, proof, or you will get PPR/DM. BGC is the longest part of the process.

No, because it's September, not December.

The 12-month mark is not a guarantee nor an absolute timeframe. It's a target for 80% of all cases. Yours may be shorter or longer.
