I have a sister in law and a niece who is presently in Canada but their visa is still working permit. They are still processing their papers to be a permanent resident. My question is that, does it has a point in assessment pointing system or the Canada Immigration are stringently considering only permanent resident and Canadian citizen. I am confounded if I will still continue to process my papers .Thanks ???
