Depends what kind of resident you are. Are you here temporarily (e.g. on a work permit)? Do you have permanent residency status or citizenship?

You husband is from Pakistan, but is currently in Hong Kong as a refugee. You would like to include him on your Permanent Residency application, but you're not sure because of his refugee status.

Is that correct?

This sounds like a very complicated situation and most readers will skip over your post because your 'subject' to attract people to read the post, is just about as terrible/worthless as it's possible to be.

My recommendation is that you either edit the subject of this post, or create a new one with an improved subject. Go with something clear like 'My husband is a Pakistani refugee in Hong Kong - can I sponsor them?'

Hopefully someone can help out, best of luck :-)

You may include your husband in your application for permenant residence.
