Hi URGENT Help needed regarding OCI and Indian VISA

Please help me Guys !!!!! in detailed please !!!!
Hi I recently got Canadian passport ( I did not apply for PP surrender certificate yet ) , and I have to bring my daughter ( 6 years old ) from India as she got PR recently ( and she needs to land in Canada on or before Feb 2022 ) she is US Citizen with OCI but last time she came to USA and and got her new passport and we applied for new OCI ( as we have to apply for OCI every time we get new passport for minors ) after that pandemic happened and we took the Indian VISA and she moved to India with my parents and all the consulates were closed and she over stayed there with Indian VISA more than 6 months ( around 1.5 years ) now if I want to bring her no issues as I have both Canadian PR and US passport but no new OCI yet
Now My questions are

1) Can I apply for India VISA in my Canadian passport with out renounce certificate ( PP surrender certificate )
2) My daughter still have valid but as she over stayed in India I dont know what they will say in India once she goes back after 1-2 months
3) We applied for new OCI a month ago it is still under processing ( I dont know when we will get some update from them )
4) Can somebody explain me please how to apply for Second OCI for minor ( because in Indian website itself mentioned no need to apply for OCI for minors under 20 but have to update the new passport details , so much confused with the details )
5) For OCI I submitted online Part A and Part B and uploaded online documents , apart from this do we have to courier more documents as well ??

Consult the local lawyer and get the local immigration issue cleared.
Rest of the steps need to wait till you get the above done. Dont be in hurry and dont make another immigration mistake and certainly dont hit the immigration clearance at airport to give it a try to exit India without first getting the status cleared from the respective ministry first.
I have heard of extending the same visit visa after gap but check on change in status to oci too.

Forum members might not have this kind of immigration violation experience hence rely on right source to take next step.

I read some where in forum that one needs exit pass if you over stayed in India. Please check regarding that

Travel by road to Nepal and fly from Kathmandu. The indian immigration won't know nothing.
You probably have better chance sorting it with Indian consulate in Canada or US compared to there. Lol
