I have one question; maybe you can help me…
I sent full documents to the visa office on January 2010.
On March 2010 I received my 2nd AOR and it states the following:

“Processing time
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied to require on average 12 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office by June 10, 2010, you are requested to contact this office directly.”

Does this mean that I will definitely receive a response before this date??? Or will they start processing my file on this date?

Unfortunately it doesn't mean that they'd definitely contact u by that time. It's just an indicator -as to when u should revert back to them. However, by 4 month's time u should have your meds [from 2nd stage docs].
