ı have got the PPR letter
ı went to Embassy ın Ankara but they have told me that ....You had a deportatıon that"s why you have to pay 400 can.dollars for Authorısatıon to return to Canada but they say the Vısa ıs ready and we were gonna ıssue ıt today for you but Deportatıon
Now guys can u pls tell me How long deas ıt takes tıll Embassy gets Authorısatıon from CIC
and may ıt effect to my Vısa Can they cancel ıt

Just complete the ARC paperwork - I presume they gave you that - and pay the $400 fee. Then they will process the ARC and issue the PR visa. If they're telling you ARC is the only thing that still needs to happen, then don't be frustrated, you're nearly there.

How long does it take to process ARC .*Authorisation tu return to Canada* after its been paid ?

No they will ot cancell the visa do the ARC asap it does not take long at all to process its the money they want lol.Your visa is already approved and they will see this.

couse i have read in some cases it takes a while
and my officer told me he does not know how long may be 15 may be 30 may be more,i don`t know
my family just in panic and depression 2 years and 3 months already
