HI - Please EXPERTS/MEMBERS UR help! IELTS TIMING question

Hi ! If I take the IELTS tets on June 26th, which is the next day the center does the test.
Does anyone knows in how long they give results, is a same day thing or is it longer???

If you have live in the US, study in an American school and University...do I need to study?

How do I prepare myself? :

how hard is the test....I need to get the full 16 points to get the 67 points.

No am in Philippines, and I took in Philippines, I can check my files if I can get some of the actual question for US for the month of may I would send you so you can have idea of what its like but usually is not as hard as we think, discussion is usually casual.
