  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application on February 2, 2023.
  3. We started processing your application on February 1, 2023.
  4. Medical results have been received.
  5. I received pre arrival letter.
  6. any idea what's is the next step or how long it will take for copr

You have passed the average processing time try calling IRCC or send a web form

Not much to do other than wait for further instructions from IRCC. Pre-Arrival letter and decision made is pointing towards a positive decision if that's what your concern is. You are at the finish line.
