Just want to know who communicates with the applicant regarding the medical requirement . Either it is the embassy or is it Gerry's . And how they communicate it ? Phone call , email or mail ?

The CHC will send you a letter for the medical. Gerrys has nothing to do with ur Medical.
After that they will email you and also send u a letter for Visa approved, and that you will have to pick from Gerrys office.

visa filled on 10-april-2013
received medical on 30th-april-2013 from CHC Islamabad..!!
exactlyyy 20 days. ALHAMDULLIAH...
