Hi, IELTS Next Month

Hi All,

I am doing my IELTS next month, hoping to be in the pool in August. I was just wondering, when calculating my CRS score, for additional point do I need a 9 in all four areas, or do you receive a overall score (e.g. R 8.5 W 8 L 9 S 9) and they give you an average score to apply to the process?

Hoping for a 7+ in all four areas to satisfy the requirements. I have carried out some research and I think a CRS 9 may be out of my reach. How hard would it be for a native English speaker to receive a 9? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You will need a minimum of the given grade (in your case 7.0) in each area (R 7 W 7 S 7 L 7) and an average overall of 7.

If you need a 9, keep studying hard however I believe you should try your best but as long as you get the required grade then that's good enough.
