In a nut shell "No', you do not have any "rights" to invite anyone from overseas to assist in taking care of your kids, or your newborn, and the hospital should not be giving you that impression. Sometimes people make choices in life, that maybe, just maybe, they should have put more thought into them, before actually doing them, this just might have been one of them.
