I went to an immigration lawyer they said we have the first reguset from CIC your application which your pr application and we will review first that your application. Which I bring to him but he said that good but let also ask from cic and we will be a review boat so now I have to with 30 more day

It's not clear what you are saying.

So when got that application from CIC I am sure that in my application single If I was single also the application which I will get from CIC what will be happening after that

He went to a lawyer. The lawyer said that they needed to request his initial application via FOI/ATIP. He then brought his copy of his initial 2011 application. The lawyer said that it was good he had this copy, but that they still needed to request the copy from CIC to see if there was anything different, or any reason for CIC to think that he had said he had been married or divorced.

I'd follow the lawyer's advice. Particularly because it's possible the copy he has at the moment is somewhat different from what CIC has, for one reason or another.

He should probably also order GCMS notes for his 2011 PR application and his wife's current sponsorship application.

Ask your lawyer. Your situation is far too complex for here, and it is against the law in Canada for someone who is not a lawyer to provide legal advice.

Yes it is imperative that the OP get the version of the application that CIC has. Need to confirm in case that application was filled out in error.

Sounds like the lawyer is on the right track. It is best now to follow his/her advice.
