hi i have received my BOWP on the basis of pr.but now my PR is rejected.

The new rule for PCC came into effect on April-23. Earlier the PCC had to be issued within 90 days. Since your application was submitted when earlier rule was in effect, I think the VO has gone strictly per the rule book and rejected your application. Sad...
