Hi I got rprf request medical request and passport request in 60 days

Hi i am new to this forum please help anybody I just checked online this the best forum I think so posting my query for help immediately
Hi I applied for federal skilled fsw 1 quota PR in may 2011 I got a letter from cic today for my medical and rprf and passport with in 60 days , I have plan to travel to India if I submit my passport in 1 week with in Hornsby days I can expect my passport back , it takes long time my all other schedules will be in problem any one please help me

it depends on the country you are submitting it to, what country is that

I applied initially to buffalo , Newyork USA but got an email from cic long back all the files transferred to Ottawa central office in Canada so my file should be there , currently I am in USA please help , I checked online forums but everybody saying different so no way we can predict the passport back ?? And some guys in the posts mentioned if u applied from USA you have to go to Canada from USA only is that correct ??

I am sorry I have not got an already made answer for you since I applied from Europe, but will advice that you weigh your option carefully putting in mind long term value

Yeah thanks very much for the advice but it is really too painful situation you know , I have very important work in India by end of June 2013 don't know what to do at this point anyways thanks

if you honestly believe that it is worth giving the permanent resident up then go for it

Hi you are alomost my time line great to hear that you got PP request very quick anyways my turn should be very soon ,but do you think any other if thing rather than Canada PR
Think 200 times man don't make stupid decisions ok?, if it is like any ill health to somebody then go for it otherwise don't take that risk buddy

If you have urgent matter to go to India, I would suggest you do the medical and pay the RPRF now.
After that go to India and return within reasonable time to submit your passport to CIC. Keep in mind that your passport should reach them within 60 days from their date of request letter.
