Due to the COvid emergency CBSA are not allowing any immigration applicants to attend the border from inside Canada for the purpose of immigration landing, so no flagpoling

Can you please share how much time did it take to get your passport back as I am expecting my passport as well from Ottawa VO.

From what I know is that you'll have to wait for an appointment as they are not working. Try to send a web query. Keep us posted if you get a chance to book your landing.
