I'm looking to stay in canada. I have been offered a management position at a place DT. I have been offered it as long as i get my PR. Now i have 3 years experience in this position back home in england. Does anybody know if i will qualify for this? Now my boss has said she won't fill out one of them Lma forms that are needed for certain jobs, because canadians can do the job. She will offer me the job though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do not apply under the FSW/FSWP categories.
Apply for PR under the FAMILY or INVESTOR categories if you can fit yourselves under those.

no you cant. best way come with study permit.its easy once u b here then u can do anything with your status.
get study as entrance to canada. thats one and only option for you.
