Well being 50 will not help as immigration programs focus on those under 40. Also you need a license to work as an electrician through Red Seal. Research Express Entry based on age, education (ECA), language (IELTS/TCF), experience and funds. Find out if you are eligible with at least 67 points first. Are you single?

I'm married no children healthy in good conditions
So first step is to see if you are eligible with at least 67 points. Your spouse may need to take language tests for you to be eligible for EE. Do you have funds to come to Canada? Coming at 50 is hard because you cannot work as an electrician and many people are beginning to think of retirement in their 50s.
