Are you a NZ citizen?

To get a study permit, you will need to give biometrics. You can't do this inside Canada. You'll need to leave Canada to give biometrics if you apply for a study permit from within Canada.

Is your DLI a school for your trucking license? Or do you actually want to study the topic?

If you're just talking about waiting a few months, you may want to apply for a visitor extension.

No I am not a NZ citizen. I went there on study permit and after study got extended my work permits for consecutive 5 years. And after that could not get my work permit extended.
Ok, so I have to leave canada to give my biometrics. Will be the same thing with the work permit? If I apply work permit instead of study.

I actually want to study topic the topic.
I have already filed the extension but I want to be in secured position Thats why I want to get study permit.

If your work permit requires biometrics, yes, you will be required to leave Canada to do them.
