You do not send the expired PR card. You likely just need to include a photo of the expired card.
The instructions should make this crystal clear.

Thank you for replying I am humbly disagree to the information is crystal clear!
Please have a look the attachment i have post here. first it says just the copy of the old PR card is enough the next line says that "
"paper application your original physical PR card" what dose it mean?
