Hi all! questions about the photo requirement.

Hi,

The CEC document check list saying that I need to supply my family members photos.

However, do I still need to supply their photos, even though they all living in Korea?

I am the only one in Canada now and also, I am the only one applying for CEC.

And what kind of documents I need from my home country? I just found I need birth certificate and criminal record from back home. Are there any other things I need?

If you are the only one who is applying as Principal applicant than you don't need any documents of your family members. Just there basic details like Names, DOBs & Address.
if you are married and want to apply for wife & kids, than you have to submit all their documents under your application.

Documents you might need if applicable are birth certificate, legal documents showing name or date of birth changes, marriage certificates, IMM5409 if you have a common-law partner, information about children and police certificates.
Also keep in mind that if those documents are not in English or French, you'll need to have them translated and copies have to be certified.
