I have already get letter from Government of Canada informing me: You are now eligible for health care coverage under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
What you will advice where I can go to see doctor? Also I have to apply online first to schedule visit or how this works here? Thank you so much for your assistance and advices.

You first need to contact offices to see if they are accepting new patients. There is a shortage of primary care physicians so many are not taking on new patients. If they are accepting new patients you can ask to book an appointment. The only exception is a walk-in clinic and you’ll need to verify if they accept IFHP first.
