hey, just wonder anyone got rejection under cec due to working without authority

Just a thought nicole.....and, i dont mean it in a malicious way....even if everybody on this forum and all the lawyers you consult tell you that everything is okay BUT the VO rejects you, do you think anybody can do anything? Alternatively, if everybody tells you that you are rejected BUT the VO passes your application, do you think we can do anything?

Hence, what everybody else and I am trying to tell you is that all we can give you is our opinions based on our experiences. We could be right or wrong but the final word is CIC's. Your worrying about it day and night and asking the same question is REALLY not going to make any difference. Unluckily, things are really slow because of the strike but you will have to weather it. I am sure there are people who had applied in May and July 2012 also who have not heard anything. You are letting this consume you and thats not good for you.

You ask the same question and everybody has given you their opinion, but, apparently thats not enough. However, I presume you know that NONE of us can guarantee anything to you. Again, please learn to relax.

Everyone in Ottawa is transferred to RC-262 - not just review required! It's the pool that the VO's pull the cases out of!

jsm0085 is right, Nicole and thats what I have been trying to tell you for past 1 week. RC-6262 is the responsibility centre and NOT a VO.

Now, since its "review required" for kochumol, RC-6262 will decide which senior VO will review his/her documents (Good luck to you, Kochumol. I sincerely hope it turns out okay for you.) Yours is eligibilty passed/pass (whatever word you wanna use) and RC-6262 will decide which VO will it go to for next steps.
