"Provide details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first. Start with the most recent information.", in my case, should i begin from the age of 18 or the past 10 years ??????? So i hope i did the right one that i posted it here ...

You did it correctly, most recent first..

2) On the GENERIC APPLICATION, they asked me to list my highest education so my SNENCA COLLEGE is a --- POST SECONDARY- NO DEGREE RIGGHTTT ????? I forgot to elaborate it ... SORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.....

OK that makes more sense :) Is Seneca your highest, or did you obtain a bachelor's degree in your home country? (That would be higher).

If Seneca IS your highest, it would be "Non-University Certificate/Diploma." (In Canada, they distinguish between college and university).

Everything on the list after "Secondary or less" is post-secondary.

This information is covered in the application guide.

"Cost recovery fee" = "application fee" = "processing fee." Bad on CIC for not consistently using one single term.

Buffalo-specific information is on the CIC-Buffalo website:
