You don't need the postal code.

2) with the PHOTO REQUIREMENTS, i cannot find the links.

Photo requirements are in the instruction guide.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/5609E.PDF

Also, i'm single with NO KIDS , do i need to provide for my parents and brothers too ???

No. Photos are required ONLY of persons included on the application to become permanent residents.

3) Also, under the document checklist, section 4, Is it OK to provide ONLY CURRENT POST GRAD WORK PERMIT AND EXPIRED STUDY PERMIT (2007 - 2010) ?????? . I came here in 2005 but i lost my study permit from 2006 till 2007

Yes - for Section 4 you need your CURRENT authorization (PGWP) - PHOTOCOPY ONLY! Under Section 5 you need your most recent study permit (PHOTOCOPY ONLY!)

4) Under SECTION 4, Do i need to send my passport together with my application package ??

NO NO NO... You need to send "only copies of pages showing..." Read the document :)

.

You're right... Weird. When I completed the application I did not include the postal code on the form, but I had a lot of addresses so I had to put an attachment anyway - I listed ALL my addresses on the attachment (even those I put on the form) in a table that looked exactly like the one on the form, EXCEPT that I added a postal code field...

On the form, I would add the postal code to the Province/state field (since when you write an address on an envelope, that's where it usually goes - after city, province/state, POSTAL CODE, then country... to put it there you'll have to use the official 2-letter abbreviation for the province/state - e.g. ON for Ontario...

ON, A1B 2C3

if you're not sure, look here -
http://canadaonline.about.com/od/postalservices/a/abbreviations-provinces-canada.htm

2) On the document checklist, SECTION 4, Can Post Graduation Work Permit be serve as a "VISA" ???????

YES.

Here's the thing - I'm from a visa-exempt country so I don't know what this means to those who have to have a visa in addition to a work permit or study permit. Do you have a separate visa?

All along, i was thinking about the stamps in my passport.....

You can do that too ... but you definitely need to include a copy of your PGWP.

I don't see any gaps.

I do have question for you tho - your history shows that your very first job is a manager - is that correct, or did you get promoted to that position after some time? (If you held more than one position for the same company, you should list them on separate lines).

Hey Jess, thanks for the reply....

Yes, this is my VERY FIRST JOB in Canada right now after my graduation (April 2010). I also have an experience in restaurant back home. I have a friend who knows the owner, and he introduce me to my current boss. I explain it to my current boss about my situation (CEC) and i was put under 2 week paid training as a shift manager. Why ?? Is CIC going to penalise me or get suspicious ????

Now, you are making me worried Jess....... !!!! aahhhh.....

NOC 6212

1) Regular Employee (LOWEST)
2) Shift Manager
3) Assistant Manger
4) Manager. (HIGHEST)

Are they going to be suspicious ?????????????

I would be sure to show your restaurant experience back home. If you were working while going to school, it's OK to show overlapping times (just no gaps). I had a lot of overlapping activities (job, school).

noc 6212 is a skilled and acceptable for CEC right ??

Also, under the background/declaration form, i type some questions and printed out but the rest, i'm going to use the pen to fill in, Is that OK with CIC ??????

Not sure what you mean by an example, you simply add it to the list of activities - (the only catch is, if you were less than 18 at the time?)

Year/Mon To Year/Mon Activity
2010/08 Present Shift Manager, Fast Food Restaurant
2010/05 2010/07 Unemployed
2007/09 2010/04 Studying
2006/06 2007/08 Long break/ Travelling
2005/09 2006/05 Studying
2005/06 2005/08 Summer Holiday/ Travelling
2004/01 2005/05 Studying
2003/06 2003/12 Studying
2002/06 2003/10 JOB AT RESTAURANT

Your NOC is fine, and yes it is acceptable to hand-write on the application form...

According to my math, you turned 18 in June 2003, and you were employed until October 2003. So you SHOULD include it - include the full time period.

Yes, it IS postsecondary, but are you asking what to write for "Type of certificate or diploma issued"?

If yes, according to Seneca's website, the type of credential you earned is "Ontario College Diploma". That's what you write.
