You wouldn't "transfer" from an ESL course to a nursing or hospitality course. "Transfer" is a word that is used when you are moving from a program at one school to a similar program at a different school. So transfer doesn't apply to what you are describing.
When you finish the ESL course as Sheridan you can certainly apply to a nursing or hospitality program at Humber. Whether you are accepted by Humber depends on whether you meet their program requirements.
