Hey guys im going to start seneca college 2014 winter

Heyy im already in canada im going to start 2 years diploma in International transportation and customs from Seneca college Winter 2014 intake.If anyone is joining pls comment here.And i have a question once i complete the program.is it possible that i will get the work permit and PR??Is it worth?Coz fees for international students are more than double from PR students.
