Did you send it with any sort of tracking?

You can try to log in here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

Use your UCI number and fill in the rest of the form. If something comes up, your application was received and the notice didn't make it to you. If nothing comes up, it hasn't officially been received yet and you just have to wait a bit longer.

That would indicate that your application has not yet been officially received. Did you use any tracking on your package when you shipped it?

If it makes you feel better, you can try, but it likely wouldn't help much. Give it another month or two.
