Depends where you applied and average time of processing. It's usually 3 weeks.

-Application Form
-Family Information
-Two passport photographs (full name, birthdate and signature at the back)
-Photocopy of my Letter of Acceptance
-Academic Documents (Secondary and Post Secondary Transcripts and Certificates/Diploma)

-Proof of Sufficient Funds
GPF from Parents:
Bank statement for 6 months (this is where all funds were kept) - All parents.
6 months payslips of my ParentsBank statement for 6 months

Additional POF documents:
Confirmation Deposit Letter from College
Tuition Fee Receipt with attached Explanation Letter (because I paid fees in advance)

Additional Documents:
-IELTS Result photocopy
-Land title, for our property in the Philippines as additional proof of home ties

It depends on your profile and luck. If your profile is good then it takes less time. User "waterbottle" got visa in a week. His profile is very good, he posted above. I also contacted other who got visa within a week, they all had one thing common, a good profile.
If you have average profile then it may take 2-3 weeks. So have patience and good luck.
