Firstly Nicole, you are a true samaritan! Always there to help. +1 for you! But in this specific case - its not just your address Rsheyllm will need. If you check the ATIP online info page this is what you need to do on behalf of Rsheyllm:

It is also recommended that you include a consent for each individual listed in your file over the age of 18.
If submitting your request to CIC, please use the Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request form (IMM 5744).

Credit card, if your request is being made under the Access to Information Act:

There is a $5.00 application fee for these requests. (There are no fees under the Privacy Act).
At the end of the application, you will be automatically directed to an e-Payment tool, where you will be required to pay your $5.00 application fee using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or prepaid credit card.

it is enough, i am here trying to help people, i dont know why you always say i am samaritan. i got really annoyed with that....i am not in the good mood with my PR application already, i want to see whether someone else is at the same situation as me, so we can support each other, and share our information. i know you already safe from your PR, but many people have not.... we are all worried about it. Due to the on going stike, I think they are processing on slow pace. I talked to my immigration lawyer & he asked me that I might expect MR by july end. I had applied in the month of September 2012 under CEC category.

yeah hopefully.. just to give you some info, I ordered GCMS on May 2nd and these are the findings.


Criminality: RCMP : No Trace Found, In Progress ( I believe background and Criminality for my home country is still in progress. Or they didn't even start yet (not sure). I think they start Criminality after eligibility check else I doubt that it should take so much time for Criminality Check.)
Eligibility: In Process. Recommend Passed in detailed notes. Checked Work Experience, IELTS Score, Job Duties matching to NOC, Salary Slips, NOA.
Medicals: Not Started
Security: Not Started.

In June first week, I went to Local MP office and they confirmed background and Criminality is in progress.

I have ordered GCMS again today and will keep you posted..

Hopefully I get some good news before GCMS arrive .

It must be my security only one on GCMS says not-started. Everything else on the GCMS notes is passed. Its driving me nuts, I cant even forget about it.

local MP has authority to enquire CIC and get status in 2 days regarding your application.

I was told my file is in Security and Background Check. I wonder how much time they would need for that :s. Local MP office asked me to contact them again in Sep if nothing happens by then. huh

Go to their office. They have people working their to help you. Explain them your case. They will send an email to CPP-O.CPP-O calls them back in a day or two and they get back to you with the responses. The responses are standard which you see in GCMS.
