Application returned due to misrepresentation of 0213 main duties

Hi,
My application is turned down by Sydney office as they didn't find my main duties mentioned in the application inline with that of NOC.
Now after reviewing them, I feel that I should have really considered the way they outlined as I just wrote few things which are considerable.

Now, would I be able to send the application again with the properly worded main duties. Would Sydney office be having any questions as why I didn't list them before? Do they track? Also, I don't think that many companies doesn't give experience letters explicitly outlining ALL these activities as main duties. So how do they verify these? Appreciate your help/recommendation on this.

SO did you recieve letter of refusal? if yes that what was mentioned on refusal letter " Misrepresentation"? i am really not sure, but i red on cic and many inputs from seniors here, if you applications has been returned and not refuse, then you may able to apply any time but when you believe you have change in situation and got sufficient points etc. Wait for input from seniors, take my reply as BUMP only, as i have no sure knowlege about this issue.

It is refusal. Could I correct the same and submit it again. What kind of questions/treatment could I expect?

You can always try but if they already think you mis-represented your duties to fit into that category and I am sure that a lot of people try that, who is to say they don't think you are just trying it again. Still it's worth a try. If you can explain to them better what your duties are exactly and why you should be considered for 0213, maybe it will work.
