Hi Ma'am/Sir,
Just want to ask something. Does the Canada embassy approved the medical of a person if he/she has a hernia? a mild case of hernia? This is prior for migration in Manitoba.
He/she can migrate in Manitoba, Canada?

Please give me your response/advice.

Inadmissable on medical grounds:

if their condition is likely to:
endanger public health or public safety, or
cause excessive demands on health or social services

So I don't think a hernia is a problem..
