To find the best quote for translating documents, do some research first. Certified translators could be found on the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). http://www.atio.on.ca/
You could search for translators in a certain city, or choose a region from the drop down menu. And you could specify the language as well.
Get the list of translators, scan your documents and email the translators and ask for a quote. They usually reply same day or next day. So, in one day you could email a long list of translators and get the best quote!
