Here is the Reason for my Canada refusal 2019. Can anyone help me with the solution to take

Can anyone provide me with more information on this? I have other documents like shipping documents, deeds of assignments and many more to back this up. Someone, please explain to me. What can I do now?
I got refused due to financial insufficiency.

>>Stating Pursuant to paragraph(220a) of the IRPA I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to pay the tuition fees for the courses or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
>>Pursuant to paragraph(220b) of the IRPA I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
>>Pursuant to paragraph(220c) of the IRPA I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and for from Canada

My tuition fee in admission letter is $16,703 to $18,210 cad, books $1350 cad, personal expe,riences $3,000 cad, Residence $6,943 to $9,686 cad including meals.
According to school, a student budget should be $36,000 cad for a year.

My bank statements had 12,157,592 naira (33,491 USD) as closing balance.
Another account in Usd 30,130 USD.

In form filled Under cost of studies, I filled
$18,210 ?ad for tuition
$8,000 cad for Room and board
$2,000 cad for others.

Under Funds available for my stay
I filled $28,210.

I also supported my self with documents like deeds of assignments, shipping documents, certificate of incorporation, certificate of value.

Can anyone make me know my mistakes?

Sometime they just look to 1 bank account, moreover they can look only to regular account, not for a saving one. Furthermore, if you have account in USD, they can think that is your local currency and when they are converting it - it could be nothing.
So order a CAIPS and look to the notes

How much is to order them and will they give me a reason for the problem?

Try to pay your tuition, accommodation and meal plan fee and upload your receipt if you haven't done so before you reapply. Since your father is your sponsor make sure he write NOTARIZED letter of financial support for you to upload. Is any accompany you to Canada?
