Hepatitis C in medical test

While doing our medicals, my wife's results were reactive for Hepatitis C Antibiotics.So she made another test whose result will take 15 days to come out.
My question is if my wife's results confirm the virus ,will London Visa office directly reject all the family's permenant resident application? Or can they give my wife a second chance after taking the medical treatment of this virus?
Note:
1-I searched on the internet and read that this virus can be cured after following a few months medical treatment.Also we where not aware of her medical condition before taking the medical tests.
2-I received the medical requests one week ago and 3 weeks are remaining for the submission deadline to London visa office.

Hi, I got tested positive for HCV and RNA is also positive, ALT is 64, will I be able to get PR, someone pls advise
