my brother wanted to get me last year but he cancelled my documents for process for the reason that i am positive of this...
they want me to apply because they have a filipino store there in saskatchewan so they are the employer but the Filipino(i think the an agency there) incharged of processing the documents advised them...
okay.
Then you should try, you might stand a better chance of getting the visa.

I have chronic hepatitis-B disease. I'm taking medication in my country. But I have good values. I'm just using the drug to lower HBV DNA, ALT-AST. Is my immigration application acceptable? please answer me.

Last year, my values were normal. this year rose a little. My doctor asked me to take medicine. But he said nothing to fear. When the values normalize, we cut the drug. It's normal on her liver ultrasound. What should I do in order to learn this?

Hello jessa,
All that the Officers want is, not to spread any kind of disease in Canada. Hepatitis B doesn't mean you are forever doomed for visa to Canada. If your Hepatitis is undetectable for your viral load or its not reactive, then it means you can not spread the disease. The same applies to AIDS. The only reason to refuse your visa application is when it is possible you can spread the disease or the stage of your illness is very bad or will be bad very soon.

So ask your Doctor if its possible to spread the disease (He might test you again for current medical information). So it would be better to apply and go for the test at the designated medical center approved for the Canadian Officials. That way you will save money and you will know if you have pass.

Don't be afraid to try.
If you never try, you will never know!

(For most people, their body nullify to virus some how, and they live with it without spreading it or dying prematurely. So it depends on your body chemistry and how it functions)

All the best my friend!

You need to declare any medical condition or past medical condition.. If you don’t that is considered misrepresentation.
That is really my concern now. My husband is my dependent on my PR-CEC. His hepa C was found out during our medicals when we applied for SOWP for him (wasn't known before that). He did all the extra tests and everything were fine so he got the visa. Now, he failed to mention that in his upfront medical for our PR. They would probably know it if they look at past medical results. I'm feeling so hopeless. I'm hoping they will give PFL 1st before coming up with a decision.

He should correct the information before it is found. Even send a webform to CIC indicating that your husband forgot to mention he has hep C. Given that it is part of his previous medical this was not a smart thing to do.
