Yeah thats why what im thinking too.. the officer maybe is understable with that right or maybe he has more picture in his phone then, he dont want to mention on me... because if that little guy dancing naked i saw that video... if only that why you got a crime on your police clearance attached there on remarks:: maybe he hide something they dont want to tell me the truth. You have a point that... its not really big deal right.

Child porn is certainly a big deal. A baby dancing naked if you don’t know the baby isn’t a great thing to have on your phone but don’t think you get charge for one naked dancing baby. I think there is more to this story.
Yeah maybe there is more story, but he doesn’t want to share it.. because only he share the dancing baby naked thats why im wondering isnt really big deal why he got committed of violence. I think they dont want to reveal the true story thats why he keep hiding... the case to him still on pending..

A dancing naked baby is likely not that big a deal on its own. Likely there are some missing details here.
It does not sound like the full story.
And if this does not sound like the full story, I would suggest that the story about what happened between him and his wife - both the reasons for the marriage breaking down and what she reported him for or if she reported him at all - may not be complete either.
I agree that there are likely details missing but as per the first post, the "dancing baby" was between "7-10 ages", which I assume to be 7-10 years old, so on it's own, could definitely be a big deal.

He said the wife reported him to deport and terrorist. The wife she want to leave his husband in this country. I will again once i will meet him,.. because i have circle friend, spousal visa then guy hired a lawyer to deport her wife... then the lawyer say dont worry, your wife only staying here until the PR expired then cant renew anymore...
My point is it is entirely possible he is not telling the truth about what the wife actually said or did.
It would not be the first time a person blames the spouse (ex or not) for all kinds of problems that have nothing to do with the spouse, or misrepresents what involvement the spouse may have had.

yeah i guess context really matters here. Who is the kid? How was he "dancing"? Is it something as harmless as a funny video of his nephew playing around in a public bath house, with the video recorded by the kid's father? Or something more sinister?
Honestly I don’t think you will get a complete answer until a court case reveals more details. I don’t think anyone is going to tell their friend that they were caught with a huge cache of child porn images. Missed the 7-10 year old and the “dancing” needs more context.
Yeah maybe he doesn’t want to tell the truth.. yeah you right just wait the court until prevail his situation.. i know sometimes pakistan guy doesn’t want to reveal.. maybe his marriage is fixed marriage why the wife let go him and file the case to him right.
