Hello i am from india and have not taken IELTS
i have applied in university of windsor and need to upload documents
but it shows english language certificate scores

can i just submit application without this certificate and later on update the same with the IELTS scores

because the deadline is near for the application

If it is a requirement then you need the scores.

You need to submit an IELTS score. They cannot assess your application without IELTS

Who is asking for IELTS? I would submit it and explain that its hard to take the test due to covid and take it as soon as possible. Some schools are also offering exceptions or other methods to prove English ability.
