Hello everyone!
My application was returned. I have read what they highlight that is missing. My partner is sponsoring me through common law. in the supporting documents they indicated that I need to provide birth certificates for me and all family members, whether they are accompanying me to Canada or not, that means that I need to attach my mom, dad and brother, birth certificates even when they are not part of my application?

Also, my country does not have any specific requirements, do I still select box 6 of the IMM5589, that means that I checked and it is nothing, or do I just do not select it because there are not specific requirements?

Don't select specific requirements and you and your partner only for birth certs.

I attached his in the sponsor documents. Do I attach it again for that question?.. so when they mean "all members" is only my sponsor/partner?

All members is your sponsor, you and any dependent. You should only need one copy per application package...

Hi
You need to select country specific even if you have nothing requested under your country. This is only to prove that you saw & read this part even if there was nothing submitted .As for the BC you submit the PA's BC and your children's (dependants) BC who are not Canadian. You don't need to submit sponsor Bc or parents, sisters and relatives of sort.
