Although I applied early, I have no updates after medical passed (medical passed on 14 July)
classes starting late Aug and I have paid the fees for the whole year also I showed the visa office the payment receipt
will the visa office contact me before my program starts??
is there anyone who had no response even after the classes had started??

There is total 5 weeks time for processing study permit applications at Singapore visa office , so it would take around 5 weeks or more depending upon rush of applications

You applied on 21 June ,, your application should be processed at this date,, but don't worry it is normal situation you will get it before 29 august

In case of late decision after 29 august you can delay your intake to next possible session (consult with your collage / university)

well my application has exceeded the normal processing time now it has been 7 weeks I really hope to get any response before 29 because there is only one intake for my program per year and I dont wanna waste one whole year ???
