Good morning. I need a help from somebody 100o/o sure about the answers. I had an lmia as a restaurant manager and in the boarders they found that I was working illegally in Canada from my cell phone (sms). I left country 2015 March and now I found an lmia as a cook.
Immigration keep records?
Should I try one more time
Thank you

If you need 100% sure answer then the best option is to consult an Immigration professional not a community supported discussion forum.
were you issued a departure order, exclusion order or deportation order?
Immigration does keeps records.
were you subject to a hearing?
were you issued a letter under s44 of immigration act?
whatever you do, dont hide this from IRCC otherwise you will be found guilty of misrepresentation.

One more question. My CV from the first lmia did the immigration or the government kept it as a record in my file or no?

You have pretty much no chance of being approved for a work permit. You've already shown you don't respect the laws of Canada by working illegally.

I am not commenting on working illegally but his compliance of departure order will be viewed in a judicial review as compliance and a positive factor.
if somebody can shed more light on the working illegal issue and how it affects future applications by same individual that would be awesome.

in response to OP's question: Yes they have record and file on your case in every application there is a box that asks have you ever applied before.
Why are you worried about the previous CV? what is in it that is the reason of concern for you?

The fact that he worked illegally before means he would most likely have no compunction in doing it again.
